  • When you create a Joeme Fit account, you need provide some account information. Your Joeme Fit account is a core component of products and services so that you can access and control your personal data.

  • When you use Joeme Fit, some personal data is recorded in your Joeme Fit account. This is the case when you exercise, measure your heart rate, fill in fields in Joeme Fit, connect and sync products to Joeme Fit for certain optional features. All personal data we collect when you use Joeme Fit is stored in your Joeme Fit account. When you use anonymous mode, your personal data above is stored locally on your phone.

  • When you use our products and services, we do collect your personal data to help you monitor your health. Each product needs to collect and process specific personal data.

When you have logged into your Joeme Fit account and turned on data synchronization, personal data will be uploaded to your Joeme Fit account on the server.
